Ms. DeGroff received her Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude, from UCLA where she majored in psychology. Between graduation from UCLA and her decision to enter law school, Ms. DeGroff enjoyed a successful career as a systems analyst, manufacturing systems consultant, and consulting services manager. She was employed by major manufacturing and distribution companies, such as McDonnell Douglas Corporation (now Boeing), Nissan Motor Corporation, and Toyota Motor Sales, Inc.. She also worked for major software developers and consulting services companies, including Marcam Corporation, Systems Software Associates, and Cap Gemini America.
Ms. DeGroff received her Juris Doctor Degree from Western State University College of Law (a private ABA school located in Fullerton, California) with scholastic merit. She was a member of the Law Review (her student article appeared in the law school’s Spring 2002 Journal), a scholarship recipient, and the founder of WSU’s Student Chapter of the Animal Legal Defense Fund. She also clerked during her law school years, having been a Certified Law Clerk with the State of California.

Ms. DeGroff moved to the Northern Arizona area in May, 2004, and opened her law firm on September 1, 2004, in the Fredonia, Arizona area.. After a year building a successful practice, she opened an office in Page, Arizona, which is now the firm’s main office. Ms. DeGroff has successfully represented clients from all over the United States with respect to a wide variety of matters over which the State of Arizona has jurisdiction.
Ms. DeGroff is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Arizona, the Federal District Court for the District of Arizona, and the Kaibab-Paiute Tribal Court in Moccasin, Arizona.
She belongs to the American Bar Association (ABA), the Arizona State Bar Association, and the Coconino County Bar Association. She is also a regular member of the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA), a member of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association (AWLA), and a member of the Animal Legal Defense Fund (ALDF).
